Infinite QRIS Privacy Policy

1. How Infinite QRIS Works

• When the User and/or Customer downloads Infinite QRIS, the system will request their consent to the Privacy Policy.
• When the user installs Infinite QRIS, the system will request permission to access media files, which will be used when using the Infinite QRIS services.

2. Data Acquisition and Collection

Infinite QRIS collects device data and user information solely for the purpose of service operation. The data collected includes:

• Registration Information: To use the Infinite QRIS application, users are required to register their personal data (Name, Email, Password for app login) and company data (Business Name, Address, Phone Number, Referral Source, Bank Account, and Business Details). This data will be stored on https://infinite.co.id/qris so users can access all features within Infinite QRIS.
  If you register or log in using a Google account (Gmail), we will collect some of your Basic Google Account data including Name, Email Address, and Country. This information is stored for contact purposes in case of technical issues or promotional offers.
• Device Information and Data: Infinite QRIS will store access and information during app usage such as business and user data during registration, business details, transaction scan data, and access to media and files. Important permissions used on devices for Infinite QRIS include:
  • Media and File Access: Infinite QRIS will open media storage on the user's device when they need to download files or export transaction reports.

Users can view the permissions used by Infinite QRIS and disable them at any time through the Settings menu in the Android system.

3. Data Usage

The Infinite QRIS application processes and uses user data for generating Infinite QRIS services, recording transactions, and disbursing funds. The collected data is processed and analyzed on our server to generate information that will be shared with users.

Stored data and access will be processed for the following purposes:

• Displaying information related to Infinite QRIS
• Displaying promotional information
• Displaying transaction information
• Displaying fund disbursement information
• and various other reports

All data and access permissions can be revoked at any time. You may request account deactivation and data deletion by emailing qris@infinite.co.id with the subject "Account Deletion" and providing a clear reason in the email description.

All features can only be used if you grant permission or approval to perform the action, for example: the app will only upload and download files you select and approve.

All data is securely encrypted and stored on our Infinite QRIS Cloud server and is not shared with the public.

4. User Data Protection

Data is securely stored in encrypted format and will not be shared with any third party. The application will only record and process user data for sales transaction needs and petty cash from companies that have registered with Infinite QRIS.

5. User Access and Permissions on Device

For Android devices, Infinite QRIS will require access permissions for:

• Access to photos, media, and files

  Access to photos, media, and files is necessary for Infinite QRIS to access photos and files stored on the device. This is to ensure that:

  • Users can download the Infinite QRIS softcopy files.
  • Users can download (export) transaction reports.

  How permission is used

  • When users synchronize after login and select a location, Infinite QRIS will open the device storage and save the downloaded files on the device.
  • When users need to download Infinite QRIS softcopy files or export transaction reports, Infinite QRIS will access the device storage and show files, photos, or images that the user can choose from.

6. Terms of Sharing and Transferring Data

Your personal data will not be shared by Infinite QRIS with any company or entity except for registered companies using Infinite QRIS.

Infinite QRIS complies with the Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulations on Data Protection. We highly uphold the confidentiality of user personal data to foster a healthy privacy environment. Data collection and usage follow strict rules as stated in the relevant regulation.

7. Consent

As stated above, by registering for or using the services in the app or website, or by clicking the "Register" button or equivalent when creating a new account on Infinite QRIS, you:

• Agree for Infinite QRIS to collect, use, share, and/or process your personal data as mentioned above for the purposes described.
• Agree to receive user-related information from Infinite QRIS.

These data are securely stored in the encrypted server of Infinite QRIS and are not shared with the public.
