1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By submitting an Account Deactivation request, You declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions in the Infinite QRIS Privacy Policy.

2. Account Deactivation Process

Application: Account deactivation can be done by sending an official request via the Infinite QRIS Application (Android/iOS) - Profile Page - Delete Account Menu,
Here are the brief steps for QRIS Account Deactivation:
  1. From the Account menu, select Delete Account.
  2. Confirm Account Deactivation by clicking the Agree button.
  3. Upload the Account Closure Letter, fill in the Reasons and Suggestions, and upload a Selfie Photo with your KTP. Check the agreement and click Delete Account.
  4. Enter the OTP code sent via WhatsApp, then press Verify.
  5. The Deactivation Status will be processed. You will be notified if approved or rejected.
Confirmation: The Infinite QRIS Team will verify your identity before the Deactivation process is carried out.
Processing Time: Account Deactivation will be processed within 7 (seven) working days after the application data is complete and your application is verified.

3. Personal Data

Retention: Even though your Account has been deactivated, some of your personal data may still be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention purposes.
Access: You will no longer have access to data associated with your deactivated Account.

4. Consequences of Account Deactivation

Loss of Access: You will lose all access to the features and services provided by the Infinite QRIS application.
Transaction Data: Transaction data that has occurred before Account Deactivation will no longer be accessible. You also cannot make transactions using QRIS from your deactivated merchant data.

5. Exceptions

Infinite QRIS has the right to reject an Account Deactivation request if any of the data in this request is not met, or if a legal obligation requires us to store your data.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Infinite QRIS has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest changes will always be accessible to you through the official Infinite QRIS website.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are subject to applicable laws in Indonesia.
